Biography

Yu Zhang joined ECTM in TU Delft as a visiting scholar from March 2018. Her current work focuses on the preparation of size-controllable Cu nanomaterials with anti-oxidation by spark ablation method, and their low-temperature sintering process in microelectronic packaging and interconnection. She obtained her PhD degree in physical chemistry from Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Her research interests encompass:

  1. Nano/micro Materials and Applications in Conductive Ink/paste and applications for flexible printing electronics;
  2. Low-temperature Sintering Process in Electronic Packaging Interconnect;
  3. Flip Chip Packaging for High Power LED System-on-Chip.
