Biography

Marko Mihailovic was born in Belgrade, Serbia in 1981. He graduated at University of Belgrade, Faculty of Electrical Engineering in January 2007, in the group of Prof. J. Radunovi_. The thesis was based on the internship project in 2006 at Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH), in the Physical Electronics Laboratory of Prof. A.Hierlemann. The thesis topic was characterization of CMOS-based calorimetric chemical microsensors. Since February 2007 he is at Delft University of Technology, with the ECTM laboratory, pursuing a Ph.D. degree in the Microsystems/MEMS technology group of Prof. P. M. Sarro. His present research focuses on micro heaters for high temperatures and micro heat exchangers.
